My guess is that while they may not be as popular as their global counterparts, they wouldn't end up super rare like most of the iQue GBA/DS games, since many casual players actually bought these official China editions.

BOTW has been sent in for approval since July 2019 (the same time as the launch titles), but has not been heard since. Rumors say absurd demands were made to alter the game to be more "appropriate" so the approval process is stuck in a limbo.

Major Chinese shopping sites have banned the keywords for Miitopia.
This could be the precursor to the 3rd Nintendo game banned for trade in China, the first two being Animal Crossing New Horizons (Banned April 2020) and Super Mario Maker 2 (Banned June 2020).

This one is not region locked. It is the Hong Kong/Taiwan version, and you may have a better chance importing from there.

Chinese games stores sell these on http://taobao.com too, but there's no guarantee you'd be getting one with the 6+ rating. Individual sellers on 闲鱼 app from China would work.

A video uploaded on Feb 14th, 2022 shows that the Nintendo 3DS Louvre guide is available in the Chinese language, which is not sold digitally.
One user in the comment section also did not find any Chinese language cartridge available for purchase.

It would appear that the Chinese version is only available in on-site guide units, the systems used as the guide within the vicinity of Louvre.
The other versions were sold as cartridges in the gift shop, or can be purchased from the Nintendo eShop.
