When iQue was selling the iQue Player, the company was more ambitious than being just a Nintendo distributor, it wants to establish its own brand. So even though iQue Player games were just N64 titles, changes were made to promote iQue brand and remove Nintendo 64 reference.

Most notably, "Special Cup" was renamed "iQue Cup"; iQue can be seen on the track-side ads, and the "64" logo was removed in Luigi's circuit.
Not to mention games with "64" in their N64 version were all ripped of the number.

However, not all Nintendo 64 references were removed.
Even in the quick reference card for Mario Kart 64(iQue), the "64" logo on the
Kalimari Desert train can still be seen.

Many iQue Player game manuals are very similar to their American counterparts.
However, the device shown on the back cover is not the main console, but rather the "Multiplayer Box" (often mistranslated as Swim Box).
