Project Unmask, a recreation project for iQue's Majora's Mask, has been completed.
Majora's Mask was scheduled to release for the iQue Player in 2004, but was eventually cancelled. Rumors suggest technical issues and/or government disapproval.

The iQue Player memory card (iQue Card) serves as the storage space for downloaded games, save data (EEPROM/Flash saves), and controller pak data.
The only feature iQue Player does not come with (and cannot be added with accessories) is the rumble feature.

Where did you read that from?
The most widespread rumor of government disapproval was that the "theme" of the game was too dark.

For me, this looks more like a region lock than anti-piracy measures.
I cannot see the text clearly, but the game in the middle seems to be a different Chinese translation.
Aside from the official iQue version (Left), there is also a fan translation (Right) of the US version.
