When you wanted to sell your used Switch games in China but all three of your games are banned for trade:

Translations:
"Why I am violating the rules by selling game cartridges?"
"I was trying to sell a few games on Idlefish (Chinese used trading site), and my listing got instantly removed 😭😭😭"
Replying to @chinesenintendo
Speculated reason for bans:
SMM2: A (now deleted) stage filled with text mocking Chinese President Xi Jinping
FIFA21: Map of China without Taiwan
ACNH: Hong Kong protesters sharing designs featuring "Liberate HK" movements
Replying to @SSonic1230
The most speculated reason was a map of China missing Taiwan.

The cartridge code indicates that it's a cartridge designed for the CHT (CHinese Traditional) region. Some other game companies (or Nintendo for some of its games) ship cartridges of other regions in the HK/TW box. China's import Switch game market has games from everywhere.

Found the source and OP was probably making a joke on the matter instead of being seriously unaware that these games cannot be sold on trading sites.

The pandemic (and quarantine laws in HK) were what believed to be the primary pushes behind protest moving into ACNH.
It may have never happened without the global break-out of COVID-19.

Depending on the context it could also mean the Japanese word for Lol (Kusa, 草)
Or both at the same time, if there's something both laughable and hateable.

It's more than that. SMM2 and FIFA 19 were also banned.

1. It's not a rating system, but rather a label showing it's an official Tencent Nintendo Switch release
2. Most likely not, since Play Asia mainly serves those living outside Mainland China, and these cartridges will not play on non-Chinese units.

Distortion of Nintendo's Shareholder meeting Q&A have begun to circulate on Chinese social media Weibo.
President Furukawa's Remark about the Chinese market was quoted out of context and spread under the hashtag
"Nintendo states that China's console market is not large."
Replying to @chinesenintendo
This is the original reply from Furukawa in question.
The English translation has yet to be released (https://www.nintendo.co.jp/ir/en/stock/meeting/index.html) but it is clear that Furukawa explicitly mentioned the success of the Nintendo Switch after its official release by Tencent in 2019.
