It has been discovered that the online verification server for Nvidia Shield games have been down.
Earliest reports of server down were on Feb 7th, 2022, and refund channels have been opened as of March 28th, 2022.

Speculated reasons for the server down is probably because the new policy effective Sept 2021, which demanded that minors could only game for 3 hours a week.
This is because all servers except from the validation and a portion of the store all operate as normal.

Nvidia customer support redirected to iQiyi games, whose refund process requires photos of ID/bank card, bank account, real name, email, and screenshots proofs of game purchase/transaction history, and a ton of other personal info.

Chinese version:
The "Super iQue Card" (超级神游卡) was a hardware mod for the iQue Player, allowing 4 physical NAND chips to fit inside the console, toggled using 2 switches.
Invented in 2014, it was a solution to store all 14 iQue Player titles on console without the need to swap games on a PC.

The creator of this hardware proposed a recommended (and possibly optimal solution) to store all 14 iQue Player games on 4 NAND chips.
Units are in iQue Player Blocks, which is 256 KB or 1/4 MB.
An original iQue Card have a maximum storage space of 240 Blocks.
