The Louvre guides, both sold on cartridges or digitally from the eShop, were sold in separate languages, unlike many European releases.
The kiosk unit in the museum may support this feature, though.

Most likely not, as Kirby and the Forgotten land has already released a demo with Simplified Chinese script.
Also, a large portion of current Chinese language Switch localizations are outsourced to third parties like Pole to Win.

From the looks of it, the Chinese language guide in Louvre is in Simplified Chinese. We do not know if a Traditional Chinese build exists and is available for visitor use.

The cancelled iQue (China) release of Advance Wars had to go through major graphical changes per China game censorship requirements.
The game eventually got approved for distribution in 2006, but was cancelled due to lack of sales for genuine iQue GBA software.

The game gained popularity in China from fan translations retaining the original character designs, and many of its fans would (primarily for satire) use the same slurs against the Imperial Japanese Army during WWII (鬼子 etc.) on Kanbei or the Yellow Comet army as a whole.

This would also have been more acceptable to the average Chinese audience (and perhaps the censors as well) than the WWII-era Japanese uniform, since these were not as frequently portrayed in media as worn by enemy officers committing atrocities on the Chinese.
