For those who don't get it:
It's literally the Pokémon Quest team "humbly" socliting for the licence number so they can release the game.
This is also why Pokémon Unite was a thing: Releasing a game as domestically made allows for MUCH faster approval. https://twitter.com/chinesenintendo/status/1289055601884979201

It was, according to interviews with the translator and evidence thru datamining, a salvaged iQue Wii project. SMG and lots of other already translated titles were cancelled because the Wii wasn't able to get a China release.

He left the company in 2008 after translating Super Mario Galaxy and other titles for the iQue Wii, because the console got cancelled and he and many others do not have more hope for the future of the company in China.
Replying to @checkerfired1
Because the government had a ban on import consoles. iQue was previously able to slide the iQue Player in as a "domestic" console and iQue GBA/DS as "media players". That somehow did not work for the Wii.
On Ring Fit Adventure's official release in China:
Q1: When will the release date be announced?
A1: "We will announce it in this month (August)."
Q2: Will we have enough stock?
A2: "We are working actively to ensure proper preparations."
Replying to @chinesenintendo
An employee comments "Rest assured, there will be enough stock!" on the second Q&A. They also hint there is a 3rd Q&A on RFA's China release tomorrow.
The original post was sadly deleted <20 minutes of posting "due to multiple reports of violating TOS". However, many point out this was an excuse for deleting a post that was promoted without "cooperating" with Weibo. https://twitter.com/chinesenintendo/status/1294255995032465410
Replying to @Zachruff
There will probably be an unavoidable swarm of listings of like new RFA China editions because they don't work on the Global Switch.
Worst of all, the included game is said to be digital only, so they might have scratched the code as well (albeit unused still)
Replying to @Zachruff
Oh I wish. God knows why they still cannot approve more first party switch games. And Mario Kart Wii.

Q: What are the contents of the package?
