Nintendo's official statement on the NVIDIA SHIELD release:

Replying to @Fadi0550

My personal opinion us that the chances are not very high, or these games might arrive a lot later than they do on the SHIELD.
As written, the port was done by NVIDIA and not Nintendo, and these games are receiving their INITIAL releases, not remasters, in China.
 Sun Jul 08 07:23:31 +0000 2018

Replying to @Fadi0550

That's what I think too. The 'port' might very well be writing an 1080P emulator with proper control remapping.
Nintendo never officially said their Virtual Console titles and Classic Editions are emulators, but that doesn't deny the facts that they are.

Today, Nintendo HK's Weibo account posted an old tweet from @Kirby_JP
It is unknown why they decided to post this image.
(TL: Wow! Kirby's holding a recital today! We're lucky to get the best spot!
What song will Kirby be singing? We're so excited for Kirby's first performance!)

Nintendo HK has also made this very expressive post for Dark Meta Knight's intro video, with a level of expressiveness rarely seen in its other posts.

It sure is. I've played Kirby Amazing Mirror and Kirby Triple Deluxe. DMK does not seem to have such a character from my perspective.

He didn't. But he gave me a serious/merciless character (which none has been demonstrated in Nintendo HK's post).

NVIDIA LightSpeed Studios appear in the boot screen of Super Mario Galaxy. Maybe they are the team behind this hi-res emulation?

According to this post (information from @bitinn and @HeurekaNana) ,
NVIDIA LightSpeed Studios is indeed in charge of porting(emulating) these Nintendo titles.

It seems that the Chinese translation for Boo has changed for Mario Tennis Aces.
It was merged into the same translation for Chinese T.

Hi there! My friend @Nintogether finds this video amazing and would like to translate this video, but the translation would have to be reposted on to a Chinese video site (as YouTube is blocked). May we get the permission? The original URL will be included on the repost.
