The title literally translates to "ZELDA Muso: Hyrule All Stars Deluxe Edition".

It's unknown whether Chinese will also be included in the western releases, but it might be possible as the Japanese version supports various European languages as well.

The confusion mag exist in English translation but not in Chinese.
The fifth character "送" means to give away for free, which would be unlikely if it refers to the games themselves.

These Pokémon titles are not region free-- they simply have the same contents in cartridges for all regions.
You still can't play a Japanese version Pokémon Sun in a HK/TW 3DS.

Back in 2015, no one would ever imagine Nintendo releasing so many games in Chinese.
Great changes happened in the blink of an eye, with Pokemon Chinese support announced on Feb 2016 and Super Mario Odyssey day one Chinese support announced Apr 2017.

You are correct about Kirby Star Allies being the first Kirby game with official translation. It was said that iQue did translate Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland, but that translation was sealed away due to widespread GBA piracy.

Most 3DS users in China buy the Japanese model (Because it has the largest library), and some also bought the American model. Few people bought the HK/TW or iQue models. It was said the iQue 3DSXL only sold 10K units.

The company running the TV station is called "Shanghai Oriental Pearl Mobile TV Co., Ltd."
It basically provides News, educational and entertainment TV programs on buses and undergrounds in Shanghai.

As Kirby Battle Royale releases in the Americas today, Nintendo HK also released the English version on the Nintendo eShop for HK/TW 3DSes.

1. Nintendo HK/TW only list their first party physical titles and select third party games, so there will definitely be some of them not on Nintendo HK.
2. I heard that many games do have Chinese and Japanese cover versions simultaneously distributed.

To be honest, I do not know if there's any golden rule or trick to know that. Nintendo HK posts games (First&3rd party) that they will publish THEMSELVES, so those games that release in HK without going thru Nintendo HK are not listed. (Like Warner Bros.' Lego City)

Most of them actually got an ISBN from the government, which mean they are approved for distribution. It's more likely that the widespread piracy of GBA software killed the release of those titles.

It's 超级马力欧3. (Super Mario 3). The original NES/SNES titles were never released in China, so the Advance series are named by their Original release (Super Mario Advance= 超级马力欧2, Super Mario 2)
